Remarkable advances in electronic technology over the last few decades have created a world in which computers and sophisticated electronic devices are used on a daily basis. Electronic technicians are involved in repair and maintenance of communication systems, computer circuits, industrial electronic, automation, fiber optics, and laser technology.

Completion Requirements:

The entire program is 1400 hours. Certain Adult Education Centers do not offer all components of the program.  Full completion of the program may be completed at a Technical College. Students can earn a certificate at the completion of the following Occupational Completion Points (OCPs):
